The Players

Annalisa Maestri — Founder

Annalisa Maestri is an international communications strategist and storyteller, and the founder of Maestri & Co. With almost two decades of experience in global communications and branding, she is recognised for harmonising creativity and strategy to build brand reputation, desirability, and long-term influence.

Annalisa began her career shaping narratives for some of the world’s most distinguished Maisons. Lately heading international Press Relations for Moët & Chandon within the LVMH Group, she guided the Maison’s global storytelling and visibility, strengthening its presence across markets and media. Among her most notable achievements was the launch of Moët & Chandon’s Collection Impériale Création No. 1, the Maison’s only Cuvée d’Exception — a project uniting craftsmanship, innovation, and cultural heritage through narrative artistry. Her work celebrated the legacy of champagne-making while translating it into a modern language of emotion and excellence.

She also managed global communications for Dorchester Collection, leading award-winning initiatives such as #DCmoments, which redefined digital storytelling in luxury hospitality. Through strategic direction, creative partnerships, and refined editorial vision, Annalisa positioned the group as a benchmark of contemporary elegance, both online and in the international press.

Her portfolio also includes HRH Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee Pageant, where she directed communications celebrating heritage, creativity, and diplomacy on a global stage — a testament to her ability to balance precision with emotion and discretion with visibility.

A Google-certified digital expert, an ARPP Loi Evin certified professional and holder of the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines (Passed with Merit), Annalisa bridges the tradition of luxury communications with the innovation of digital insight and AI-driven storytelling. Her expertise spans media relations, crisis communication, brand strategy, and content creation for luxury and lifestyle leaders. She has cultivated enduring relationships with editors, tastemakers, and cultural institutions, securing coverage in top tier international pubblications.

Fluent in English, Italian, French, and Spanish, Annalisa brings a European sensibility and global perspective to every collaboration. Guided by her name — Maestri, meaning masters — she believes communication is an art of tone, timing, and connection. Every project is composed like a symphony: thoughtful, balanced, and resonant — creating harmony between story and strategy, emotion and excellence.

Edoardo Alaimo – Partner

Edoardo Alaimo is a communications strategist, editor, and creative consultant specialising in luxury, design, and hospitality. With over a decade of experience in marketing, digital strategy, and storytelling, he brings a refined understanding of beauty, brand identity, and narrative harmony to every project.

After his post graduate education in Communications and Marketing, Edoardo’s career began early — in 2010 — when he founded an international blog dedicated to luxury and design, establishing collaborations with Salvatore Ferragamo, Damiani, and Estée Lauder. This first platform became the overture to a career that would blend journalism, strategy, and creative direction in equal measure.

In 2014, he founded his first marketing and communications agency, dedicated to creating bespoke strategies for high-end brands, orchestrating projects that united artistry and performance. The following year, he became Editor for Glamour Italia under the Condé Nast group, expanding his editorial presence while deepening his connection to the worlds of fashion and lifestyle.

From 2016 onward, Edoardo focused his expertise on luxury hospitality, contributing to the growth and visibility of iconic five-star hotels such as Hotel Eden, Dorchester Collection, and Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome, where he served as Marketing and Communications Manager. In this role, he led the global launch of the first Italian property of the Minor Hotels Group, overseeing brand positioning, media strategy, and international campaign orchestration.

Today, Edoardo collaborates with Maestri & Co. as a partner and senior strategist, bringing his signature balance of creativity and precision to every client relationship. His vision — like the philosophy of the House — is rooted in the belief that communication is an art of connection, where tone, timing, and emotion must be in harmony.

Beyond his consulting work, Edoardo is a speaker and lecturer in communication and social media strategy at leading Italian universities. He also contributes as Head Travel Editor for Numéro, and regularly writes for Arte In Magazine — Italy’s most influential art publication — and L’Officiel Russia, exploring the intersection of luxury, design, and culture.

With a voice that bridges digital modernity and timeless elegance, Edoardo embodies the Maestri & Co. ethos: transforming strategy into storytelling and storytelling into influence — always tuned to the rhythm of beauty and relevance.

Luna Rossi — Artistic Director

Luna Rossi is a luxury visual identity designer with more than 20 years of experience shaping the aesthetic language of some of the world’s most refined brands. Her creative signature lives at the intersection of craftsmanship, narrative clarity, and timeless elegance — a style honed between Europe and the United States, including her formative collaboration with Canova Design in New York City.

For over twelve years, Luna served as a key creative force within Dorchester Collection, acting as the brand guardian for ten of the world’s most iconic five-star hotels. In this role, she shaped the visual coherence of properties such as The Dorchester, Hotel Eden, Plaza Athénée, and Hotel Bel-Air. She oversaw major rebranding efforts, designed collateral that elevated guest experience, and developed global sales tools that harmonised the identity of an entire luxury portfolio. Her work ranged from stationery, brochures, and bespoke packaging to digital content, event concepts, and immersive presentations — each piece composed with the finesse of a seasoned artisan.

Luna’s career began at La Fenice, a renowned atelier specialising in digital and silkscreen printing. There, she collaborated with prominent artists and designers, mastering the precision, material awareness, and aesthetic discipline that now define her approach. The atelier environment strengthened her ability to create design that holds emotional resonance — beauty not as decoration, but as storytelling.

At Maestri & Co., Luna brings a Maestro’s sensibility to the world of visual identity. Her designs are defined by quiet confidence: understated yet powerful, refined yet contemporary. She believes that every brand carries a rhythm, and her role is to give that rhythm form — through typography, composition, colour, and detail that feel effortlessly in tune.

Known for her calm leadership, meticulous execution, and ability to elevate even the smallest touchpoint, Luna composes visual universes that reflect the heart of a brand. Her work brings harmony, coherence, and sophistication to every campaign — an essential pillar of the Maestri & Co. ensemble.
